Saver terms of service

Last updated October 2026.

The service

Saver emails content you select on web pages to recipients you configure. You need an account and an API key to use it. You are responsible for keeping your password and keys confidential; anything sent with your key counts against your account.

Acceptable use

Saver is for sending content to yourself and to people who have agreed to receive it. You may not use Saver to send unsolicited email, to harass, or to send unlawful content, and you may not attempt to bypass recipient confirmation or usage limits. Accounts that do so are closed without refund.

Plans and limits

The Free plan includes 100 emails per calendar month per account. Paid plans include the volumes shown on the pricing page. "Unlimited" is subject to fair use: a ceiling far above personal or team clipping volume exists only to protect the service from automated abuse. Limits reset on the first of each month (UTC). When a limit is reached, sends pause until the month resets or you upgrade.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not refunded for partial periods. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Availability

Saver is provided as is. We aim for it to be available and reliable but make no guarantee of uptime or delivery, and we are not liable for emails that are delayed, filtered or lost between our mail server and a recipient's inbox. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid Saver in the three months before a claim.

Changes and termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
